The heart and soul of Hitchin’ Post lies in our people. When you book an event with us, you're not just securing a venue—you’re gaining a passionate and experienced team committed to making your day smooth, memorable, and stress-free. Our goal is simple: to help you focus on what truly matters—celebrating your moment, your way.

 

From the moment you reach out, our Day-of Coordinator and Sales Team are here to support you. We’ll guide you through the entire planning process, from the initial tour of the property to assisting with logistics and offering thoughtful suggestions to help bring your vision to life—whether you’re hosting a shower, milestone birthday, intimate wedding, or another special gathering.

 

Two weeks before your event, our Day-of Coordinator will connect with you to review all the important details, making sure nothing is overlooked and everything is ready to go.

 

We’ll be onsite to assist with setup and walk you through any final touches. On the day of your celebration, our Coordinator will be there to help keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. Our entire team is also available throughout the event to assist with guest parking, restroom upkeep, table moves, spill cleanups, and more.

 

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a lively celebration with up to 120 guests, we’re here to make it effortless, personal, and truly special.
