Our team is the heart and soul of our venue. When you book your wedding with Hitchin Post, you don't just get a venue. You get a team of dedicated professionals who work hard to maintain a smooth and stress free day so you can focus on what truly is important - celebrating your love!

Our Day of Coordinator and Sales Team work closely to assist you through your entire wedding planning process. From touring you around the property to assisting you through the booking process and even providing you with suggestions for how to plan the perfect day. There really is nothing we haven't helped with!

Our Day of Coordinator meets with each couple 2 weeks prior to the wedding to go over all the details of your day. We make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Our goal is to ensure we have everything we need so your day runs exactly as you envisioned.

On the Friday before your wedding, our Day of Coordinator is onsite to assist with final set up and guide you through your rehearsal. On the day of your wedding, our coordinator will work closely with you, your family and all your other vendors to ensure your day runs smoothly and on time. The rest of our team is on the property to help with parking, replenish the restrooms, move tables, clean up spills or messes and so much more.
