At Hitchin' Post Weddings, Your special day is important to us. That is why we do everything we can to make sure that your wedding goes as smoothly as possible. Our Wedding Package Includes The Following

  • The complete setup and takedown of both the reception area and the outdoor pond ceremony area. 

  • The rental timeline is the preceding Friday between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday for three hours before the ceremony time until 11:59 PM.

  • Outdoor and indoor seating for up to 120 people. Please note, that the indoor chairs do not have seat covers. 

  • Your choice of round or rectangular tables. With the option of table cloths that would have a $200.00 cleaning fee.

  • Rustic decor in and around the barn, which is also the reception hall.

  • A private room for the bride and bridesmaids to keep their things and arrive without being seen.

  • White drapery on the inside barn walls with sparkling lights.

  • Multiple photo opportunities are easily accessible on the property. There would be no need to go to another location for photos. 

  • 1 - 10x10 white tent with lights to be placed over the bar area.

  • A unique bride reveal for a picture-perfect moment, facilitated by our team.

  • Ongoing open communication leading up to the event as well as full service during the event. This means that we will be onsite during the entire evening to take care of any needs as well as solve any problems which may arise.

  • Power and water hookups for your caterer or food truck of choice. Please be advised that there is no kitchen area. We have worked with some fantastic caterers which we are happy to recommend here.

  • Washrooms and smoking areas are also on the premises. 

  • Rustic decor throughout the property.
