Our Full Service Planning package is ideal for couples who want comprehensive guidance and support from start to finish. This package includes everything in our Partial Planning Support, along with personalized assistance every step of the way. We’ll help with budget guidance and payment tracking, manage all vendor communication, and attend vendor meetings on your behalf. Together, we’ll develop your event design and theme to create a cohesive, meaningful atmosphere that reflects your vision. You’ll also receive unlimited email and phone support from the time of booking, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of management — ensuring every moment is handled with care and precision.

From rustic furniture and elegant décor pieces to thoughtful details that bring your vision to life, every item has been chosen to complement the natural beauty of our venue. Our Partial Planning Support package is designed for couples who have most of their details in place but would like a little extra guidance leading up to the big day. This service includes everything in our Venue Coordination package, plus vendor sourcing and introductions in up to five categories. We provide assistance with floorplan and seating chart design, as well as décor setup and styling for client-provided items or rentals from Hitchin Post. You’ll also receive two planning meetings and unlimited email support for two months prior to your event — giving you the reassurance and professional input you need to bring your vision together beautifully.
