What is the maximum guest capacity?

Our venue has a maximum capacity of 120 guests. No exceptions. 

How does the bar service work?

You must hire either a Hitchin Post Bartender or a Professional Certified Bartender. as the renter you are responsible for obtaining a Liquor License for your event. 

Do you provide catering?

We don't which is why we welcome any caterer or food truck to the property. Please note that we do not have a kitchen so your caterer must be self contained. 

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We do not charge any additional fees that we are not upfront about. If you are renting items from us or adding to your package, we always discuss and agree before the event. 

Is there overnight parking? 

Yes. If your guests enjoy themselves so much they are unable to drive home. We encourage them to leave their vehicles and plan an alternative way home. Vehicles must be picked up the following day at an agreed upon time. 

Can I camp on the property?

No. There is no overnight lodging allowed anywhere on the property. 

How can I secure the date I am interested in? 

Once you know you would like to proceed with booking our venue, a deposit is required to secure the date. A date is only secured when a deposit has been paid and a contract has been signed. 

Do you just host weddings?

While we are most commonly known as a wedding venue, we are available for other events. Check our Venue Rental & Event Packages
